The bags are natural cotton bags and as such have some slight imperfections caused as a result of impurities in the underlying cotton thread. The imperfections are only visible when seen from very close and do not adversely alter the look of the bag. While every effort is made to ensure each bag is perfect, returns of customized bags will not be entertained for these minor imperfections.
